The Women Empowerment Initiative (WEI) organization was the starting point for our efforts to support women in business, leadership, and professional development, five years ago. Women were given the opportunity to begin their journey towards financial self-sufficiency, influence, and leadership through WEI.

Our initiative has been shaped by the evolving needs of the women we serve. Today, WEI is proud to introduce She Evolve Global Network (She-GN), a modernized and expanded version of the She Evolve Global Network that extent to the global space. This is not a novel concept; it is a transformation.

Every woman’s journey is raising, growing, learning, and leading is embodied by She-GN. We prioritize leadership, business, innovation, and global impact, rather than just empowerment. We strive to empower women to assume leadership roles, impact their communities and industries, and effect significant change globally.
