The Evolved Network (SEN) began as the Women Empowerment Initiative (WEI), a grassroots effort to support South Sudanese women with skills, confidence, and opportunity. 

 

 

At She Evolved Network, we believe real change comes from empowering women with the right tools, skills, and connections.

We focus on:

Practical Training: Hands-on business, leadership, and digital skills that women can apply immediately.

Market Access: Creating opportunities through trade fairs, expos, and regional networks.

Brand Building: Helping women develop strong, market-ready products and compelling stories.

Leadership & Advocacy: Amplifying women’s voices to influence policies and inspire communities.

By combining these pillars, we build a supportive ecosystem where women grow, lead, and transform their lives and communities.

We empower women to build sustainable, purpose-driven businesses rooted in ownership, creativity, and impact, without relying on aid, but through resilience, collaboration, and bold innovation.

To become South Sudan’s leading women-led trade and enterprise network, nurturing a generation of confident, capable, and connected women who drive economic growth, inspire leadership, and transform their communities through sustainable business.

We want to see a South Sudan where women are no longer left behind — where they own successful businesses, trade across markets, lead in their communities, and pass on knowledge to the next generation. We envision a country where women are economically independent, respected as leaders, and connected through a strong, women-led trade and enterprise network.

Through business mentorship, skills training, and access to real market opportunities, She Evolved Network is building a new generation of confident, capable, and creative women entrepreneurs who are transforming their families, communities, and the nation.
